A recent study led by the Digital Branch Observatory (Opiiec) shows that open source plays a major role in digital transformation strategies and implementation of innovative uses, and that it is perceived as a promoter of personalization, technological independence, reliability and information systems interoperability. It also reveals that companies using open source, being more and more numerous, find themselves hampered in their growth by the difficulties they encounter in recruiting specialized profiles. This conference will provide a better understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of initial training, but also to better identify the courses of action to support the rise in skills of employees, facilitate their recruitment and allow them to benefit from the training offer, them being technical profiles or management.
