Everyone can see in their Open Source projects the low number of participating women. The problem is not new, it is not unique to Open Source, and yet it seems exacerbated in our projects by a culture that leaves little room for women, contrary to the values of inclusion displayed by the Open Source. Three years after the intervention of Open Heroines at the Paris Open Source Summit, which of the eight proposals presented have “worked”? Should we resign ourselves to an Open Source world where women have only a small place? Our three speakers will share their journey towards their first contributions, before opening a dialogue with the audience.
